"I would like to inform you that We have had the pleasure of having Lucill Alkabir as my Real Estate Agent. Lucill was referred to me with high regards by my next-door neighbor, who also used Lucill to successfully sell her home.
In March 2001, a prospective buyer drove by my house and wanted to view the property. I showed Mr. and Mrs. Bigelow my property and they were very interested in the house. After some conversation they told me that they did not have their house on the market yet but they were hoping by the next week they could get it listing in MLS. I told them that I was satisfied with the service from my agent and recommended that they call Lucill to service their needs promptly. Mrs. Bigelow called Lucill immediately after I told her and left a message on Lucill’s cellular phone.
